HiTV provides a catalogue of movie, series and anime information and available video trailers. This notice describes the native Android app.
Your selected language, country, interests, optional profile preference and favourite titles are stored on your device. HiTV does not provide account registration or upload those preferences or favourites to its catalogue service. You can change preferences and clear favourites in Settings, or delete all local app data using Android settings.
The app uses an internet connection to retrieve listings, images and trailers. Hosting providers, including Cloudflare, receive network information such as your IP address and request details when serving those resources. These requests support content delivery, security and troubleshooting.
When advertising is enabled, HiTV uses Google Mobile Ads. Google's SDK collects and shares IP addresses, advertising and other device identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google may estimate your general location from your IP address. Advertising data is encrypted in transit.
Where required, a consent message allows you to manage advertising choices. An Advertising privacy options entry in Settings is shown when Google requires it. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID using Android settings.

The native app requests internet and network access for content and advertising. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, phone calls or photo library. A share action opens Android's share sheet only when you choose to share.
Local preferences and cached listings remain until cleared or the app is removed. Third-party providers manage their own retention and deletion practices. Your favourites and preferences are not stored in an account on our service.
